Our buses are equipped with technological equipment that allows our passengers to enjoy more pleasant trips.
WIFI
We offer you the possibility to connect to our WiFi network completely free of charge. Thus, our passengers can enjoy a comfortable and fun trip.
Individual screens
So that your trip is not boring, most of our buses have individual screens that allow you to enjoy a varied schedule.
Luggage and Sporting Goods

You can transport up to 30 kg of luggage free of charge, on international lines 50 kg.

You can add extra baggage of up to 20 kg from €4 for a domestic journey, €15 for an international journey.

Hand luggage: cannot exceed 10 kg and cannot be rigid.

It is important that you identify all luggage. It has labels at points of sale. Don't forget to ask for yours to identify the suitcase.

In case of loss or damage, go to any of our points of sale when you arrive.

You cannot transport food that could affect the health of passengers or damage other luggage.
Do you like cycling, surfing or skiing?
Now, in our buses, you can transport your sports equipment:

Supplement: €5 for short-haul services and €10 for long-haul services.

In international services, bicycles are allowed on all own lines, for a cost of €20, upon prior reservation and payment of the amount. Four units per vehicle (one per ticket) are allowed, make sure you book before travelling.
They must be packaged in some type of box or bag prepared for transportation. We also have bike covers for just €12, ask at the ticket office.
You must present yourself at least 15 minutes in advance before departure. -
Other special luggage: the same prices and conditions will apply to all sports and/or leisure equipment and accessories that are comparable, similar or comparable to those described above and which, due to their dimensions and/or characteristics, should be transported in the hold of the bus. This luggage must be able to travel without causing damage to other luggage or packages, being mandatory the respective packaging for transport.
Minor Passengers
In general, on national routes, children under 14 years of age must always travel accompanied by a responsible adult.
On international routes, passengers under the age of 16 can only travel if they are accompanied by an adult.
Exceptionally, on national services, children from 4 to 14 years old may travel alone under these conditions:
Authorization for the travel of unaccompanied minors, available in all services: if the child is not traveling accompanied by an adult, exceptionally they may travel alone if a guardian/adult issue an Authorization Document that must be signed by him.
Conditions:

The child will travel under the sole responsibility of the person issuing the document.

Service personnel are not responsible for supervising the minor during the journey or at intermediate stops.

In case of issue of an Authorization Document, we recommend that the child travels on non-stop services and that they do not arrive at the destination after 22:00.

When boarding, the responsible adult must accompany the minor who, along with the ticket, must carry the Authorization Document signed by the parents or guardians.
Need to travel accompanied
Cases in which the passenger needs a companion:

If you need special assistance to communicate.

Does not understand safety instructions for on-board personnel.
-
Needs special help to eat, drink or go to the toilet.
Guide Dogs

Assistance dogs can travel inside the bus free of charge.

Dogs must sit on the floor at the passenger's feet.

It is mandatory that the dog has the leash and all the documentation, in particular the one that certifies its condition, as it can be requested at the time of boarding.
